Our group lessons follow the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme and are delivered by our experienced team.

Private Lessons
Our lessons offer personalised, one-to-one or one-to-two coaching from our experienced teachers; perfect for building confidence, improving technique, or learning at your own pace.
Spaces are very limited.
To help us prepare, please book the start date at least 48 hours before your first session and contact us so we can confirm details with your swim teacher.

SEND swimming
Our private SEND swimming sessions are designed for children who require a more tailored, sensory-aware approach to the water. By removing the noise and distraction of a group setting, we create a calm space where your child can thrive at their own pace.
Square Mile residents are supported by the City of London and have a £12.50 monthly co-payment.

Aquatic Skills
Introduction to the key techniques and principles of Water Polo. Participants will build on their swimming ability while enhancing teamwork, coordination, and tactical understanding in a supportive and engaging environment.
Led by Felicity who brings lots of experience and enthusiasm to the programme. Felicity loved playing Water Polo as a youth for her local club Solihull, training regionally with the Midlands and nationally with the GB Junior Squad. While studying in America, she went on to play for the UCSD Tritons Water Polo Club Team.
If your child is in the Advanced group or above but doesn’t quite fit into the current age range, we’d love to hear from you.

Crash Courses
Intensive small group in school holidays
We’re delighted to be running swim crash courses designed to accelerate skill development and boost confidence. Swim lessons will run daily for 30mins and 45mins for our Advanced swimmers. This is a course enrolment, not a booking for individual lessons.

£16 /session
Fees are charged monthly in advance to your credit or debit card. First month fees are prorated and charged on registration. To cancel your enrollment, you must notify us by the 20th of the preceding month. Monthly fees are prorated based on planned sessions. Prorated credits are issued should sessions be cancelled for operational reasons within our control (e.g. staff illness). As per our Terms & Conditions, credits are not issued for unforeseen facility closures beyond our control.

Some session times have wait lists which will show on the registration page. The beginner sessions in particular have limited spaces due to the student-teacher ratio and high demand.

Our Pathway
Duckling Beginners (3-4 years)
First time independent swimming without an adult. It will be a smaller class of max 4 for more attentive teaching.

Duckling Improvers (3-4 years)
For our more advanced independant swimmers. Once your child passes this stage and turns 4yrs, they will move into the Learn to Swim, starting in 'Improvers'

Beginners (4+ years)
Are for beginners who are new to swimming or can swim less than 5 metres on their front and back unassisted. Participants at this stage may still use floatation aids and require close support from an instructor.

Swim England Learn to Swim Stage 1 helps to build water confidence, while introducing water safety skills and the basic skills needed to build swimming ability.

Are for swimmers who are already comfortable in the water and swimming independently on their front and back for a minimum of 10metres - focusing on refining new water skills, such as breath control, streamlining and over arm action.

Swim England Learn to Swim Stage 2 sees swimmers develop streamlining to their strokes and travel without their feet on the floor, using a recognised leg kick.

During Swim England Learn to Swim Stage 3, swimmers will develop their kicks, on both their front and their back.

For swimmers who can swim 15 metres continuous front crawl or backstroke unaided and tread water for 2 minutes in deep water. Swimmers will build on their coordination for all four strokes. Introducing more advanced stroke technique, breathing patterns, and turns, as well as swimming efficiently over longer distances.

Swim England Learn to Swim Stage 4 sees swimmers perfect their leg kicks for all four strokes and further develop push and glides, while also being introduced to sculling.

During Swim England Learn to Swim Stage 5, swimmers will develop their skills in treading water, learn the correct arm pulls for all four strokes and learn how to do handstands and somersaults.

All swimmers should be able to swim multiple lengths in all four strokes. In these sessions swimmers are working towards longer distance badges and personal survival. Swimmers will still continue to improve and develop their stroke style, while working on stamina.
45 mins

Swim England Learn to Swim Stage 6 teaches swimmers how to prepare for exercise, while developing an efficient technique for all four strokes and further developing surface dives.
