Welcome to the Hackney Anaconda Club Shop in partnership with Arena.

 

All Hackney Anaconda swimmers are expected to wear club kit at swim galas:

• Red or black Arena club T-Shirt with Hackney Anaconda logo

• Black Arena club shorts

• White Hackney Anaconda swim hat

 

Strictly no other sports brand should be worn.

Arena hoodies, jackets, joggers and backpacks are optional.

You do not need to wear club kit when attending training, and if you do not compete there is no need to purchase club kit.

 

All club kit is available through our partner, Stortford Sport Supplies, throughout the year pending stock, with a usual delivery time of 3 to 5 weeks. Please note delivery is postage only (you can not collect club kit from the club desk).

 

How To Order Club Kit

 IMPORTANT: Please read the following information before placing your order; these terms also apply to swim hat postage.

• Kit delivery currently takes 3–5 weeks, depending on stock availability.

• Stortford Sport Supplies does not accept returns, so please check sizing carefully before placing your order.

• All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 48 as standard. This includes compensation of up to £75 for loss or damage, in line with Royal Mail's terms and conditions.

• If your order has a high value we strongly recommend selecting additional insurance at checkout for a higher level of compensation and, where available, a signed-for delivery service.

• If you choose not to purchase additional insurance, compensation for loss or damage may be limited to Royal Mail's standard cover of £20.

• Where Royal Mail records an item as successfully delivered, including to a safe place, communal entrance, reception, concierge, or another location permitted under your delivery preferences, the parcel will generally be treated as delivered. Stortford Sport Supplies is unable to provide compensation for parcels correctly delivered in line with the carrier's confirmation and procedures.

• Please ensure the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and accurate, as Stortford Sport Supplies cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery caused by spelling mistakes, typos, or inaccurate address details.

• You will receive a despatch email from Stortford Sport Supplies. Please make sure to notify Stortford Sport Supplies within 10 days of the despatch email if an items has not been received. Any missing orders reported after 10 days of the despatch email cannot be be accepted as missing due to the tight Royal Mail missing item reporting system. Always make sure to check your spam/junk mail  folder.

How To Order Swim Hats

Swim hats are mandatory for training and competitions and can be purchased year-round.

When ordering your swim hat, you can choose either postage or in-person collection:

 

Option 1: Order & have your hat posted 

Order directly from Stortford Sport Supplies and pay an additional postage fee. Hats ordered this way cannot be collected in person — they'll be posted to your home address only, and you'll receive a 4-digit order number.​

Option 2: Order & collect in person from the club desk 

Purchase your swim hat via the club shop (see below). Please check the weekly newsletter for the next club desk date and time, then collect in person. Bring your 5-digit order number as proof (no order number, no collection). Hats ordered this way cannot be posted; in-person collection only.

Please note the club desk is only open once a month so if you need a swim hat urgently we suggest opting for postage (see above).

Pay It Forward

We have a ‘Pay It Forward’ scheme, allowing members to anonymously buy a club t-shirt or swim hat for a club member who cannot afford kit items. Simply click on the 'Pay It Forward' icon to choose an item to purchase in advance.

If you struggle with the cost of club kit and would like to use the scheme, please contact the club kit coordinator in confidence.

Second-Hand Club Kit & Equipment

To support the club Access Fund and the environment we offer second hand club kit and equipment. 

The sale is for all members/swimmers any age and is located at the club desk at Clissold Leisure centre.

​

Drop off your donations at the club desk. Please ensure clothing is washed and not damaged. We accept club t-shirts, shorts, hoodies, swimsuits, jammers, fins, hand paddles, kickboards, pull buoys, and other equipment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept used snorkels or goggles for hygiene reasons.

Club Desk

The Clissold Pool club desk is open once a month. 

​Opening dates and times will be confirmed in the newsletter.

*Please note the club desk is ran by only a handful of volunteers and we may have to close at short notice. ​​

Would you like to see more club desk dates? We rely on volunteers to give one hour each month. The more volunteers we have the more times we can open the club desk.
