Golden Lane Pool
**⚠️ CURRENT STATUS: TEMPORARILY CLOSED FOR REFURBISHMENT**
Golden Lane Leisure Centre is closed for a major £10.4 million refurbishment. Reopening is expected in **December 2027 at the earliest**. During the closure, sessions are relocated to alternative pools (such as **CLSG Pool** for Saturday community/SEND lessons, or **Ironmonger Row Baths**).
**Facility Entrance:** Access through the main entrance of Golden Lane Sport & Fitness.
**Lockers:** Lockers are available in the changing rooms and require a personal padlock.
**Spectators & Viewing:** Dedicated poolside spectator seating is available.
**Parking & Travel:** No on-site parking. Paid parking is available nearby at the Barbican Centre car park.
**Cycle Parking:** On-street bicycle stands are located on Fann Street directly outside the centre.

Pool Rules
- Please remove outdoor footwear before entering changing rooms or poolside. Clean pool shoes/flip-flops are allowed.
- Parents and carers must remain in the designated spectator seating area during the lesson and avoid distracting the coaches.
- Swimmers must shower before entering the pool.
- Swimmers must not hang or pull on the lane ropes.
