**Facility Entrance:** Access through the main water sports center building.
**Lockers:** Small personal lockers are available and require a non-refundable 20p coin.
**Spectators & Viewing:** Features a cafe with an outdoor terrace overlooking the reservoir—perfect for spectators.
**Parking & Travel:** On-site car park with ~30 spaces (including 3 disabled bays). Accessible by following the access road past the Castle Climbing Centre.
**Cycle Parking:** Secure cycle storage racks with capacity for up to 40 bicycles are available on-site.

Pool Rules

Swimmers must wear a brightly colored swim cap at all times in the water.
Swimmers must check in/out at the reception desk before entering and after exiting the reservoir.
Wetsuits are mandatory when the water temperature drops below 16°C.
Swimmers must stay within the marked navigation loops.
