Parliament Hill Lido

**Facility Entrance:** Main gate of Parliament Hill Lido on Hampstead Heath.
**Lockers:** Lockers require a £1 coin or operate via a contactless token system.
**Spectators & Viewing:** Swimmer-focused outdoor facility. A cafe with seating is available on-site, though poolside spectator access is restricted during peak summer operations.
**Parking & Travel:** Small Pay & Display car park (managed via RingGo/APCOA) adjacent on Gordon House Road. Fills up extremely quickly. Blue Badge holders must register in advance on the APCOA portal to park for free.
**Cycle Parking:** Bicycle racks are located directly outside the lido entrance.

Pool Rules

  1. Swimmers must be competent and comfortable in unheated outdoor water.
  2. Swimmers must shower before entering the pool.
  3. Swimmers must adhere to the direction of the lane circles (clockwise/counter-clockwise as marked).
  4. Do not hang or sit on the lane ropes.
